These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nilvara website and online store, including the products, content, features, tools, and services available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
1. About Nilvara
Nilvara is an online home & living store offering a curated selection of products for modern living in Egypt.
Our Services are provided through Shopify, which hosts and supports our online store.
Nilvara reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services where reasonably necessary.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

- Infringe the rights of Nilvara or another person.

Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.

All prices displayed on the Nilvara website are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
If a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation containing your order details.
An order is considered accepted by Nilvara when we confirm the order for fulfillment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
- Delivery limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

- Delivery address.
- Any other information necessary to fulfill your order.
Nilvara is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

For orders within our standard delivery coverage, delivery is typically made the next day or within 1 business day after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.

10. Payments
We may offer different payment methods through our website.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Nilvara does not necessarily directly store complete payment card information.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where we reasonably suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
11. Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is offered, payment must be made when the order is delivered.
Customers are expected to accept confirmed orders and provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.
12. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Nilvara may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, special pricing, or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
- Each promotional code may be subject to specific conditions.
- Offers may have expiration dates or limited availability.
- A promotional code may not be exchanged for cash.

is owned by or licensed to Nilvara and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14. User Reviews & Content

يتم تقديم خدماتنا من خلال Shopify، الذي يستضيف ويدعم متجرنا الإلكتروني.
تحتفظ Nilvara بحق تحديث أو تعديل أو تعليق أو إيقاف أي جزء من خدماتها عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا بشكل معقول.
2. استخدام الموقع
توافق على استخدام موقعنا وخدماتنا للأغراض القانونية فقط، وبطريقة لا تؤدي إلى:
- مخالفة القوانين أو اللوائح المعمول بها.
- انتهاك حقوق Nilvara أو أي شخص آخر.

3. المنتجات ومعلومات المنتجات
نبذل جهودًا معقولة لضمان دقة أوصاف المنتجات والصور والأبعاد والخامات والألوان والأسعار وغيرها من المعلومات المعروضة على موقعنا، ولتكون مفيدة لك عند اتخاذ قرار الشراء.

إضافة منتج إلى سلة التسوق لا تضمن بالضرورة بقاء المنتج متاحًا حتى إتمام عملية الدفع.
إذا أصبح المنتج غير متوفر بعد إتمام طلبك، فسنتواصل معك، وعند الاقتضاء، سنقدم حلًا مناسبًا مثل الاستبدال أو الإلغاء أو استرداد المبلغ.
5. الأسعار
جميع الأسعار المعروضة على موقع Nilvara تكون بالجنيه المصري (EGP) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
نحتفظ بحق تغيير أسعار المنتجات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
ولا يؤثر تغيير السعر على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها بالفعل، باستثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها السعر المعروض نتيجة خطأ واضح.
إذا تم إدراج منتج بسعر غير صحيح نتيجة خطأ واضح، نحتفظ بحق إلغاء الطلب المتأثر ورد أي مبلغ تم دفعه.
6. الطلبات
عند إتمام طلب، فإنك تقدم طلبًا لشراء المنتجات المحددة.
بعد استلام طلبك، قد نرسل لك تأكيدًا يتضمن تفاصيل الطلب.
يُعتبر الطلب مقبولًا من جانب Nilvara عندما نقوم بتأكيده للتنفيذ.
نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا بشكل معقول، بما في ذلك الحالات المتعلقة بـ:
- توفر المنتج.
- وجود خطأ في السعر أو معلومات المنتج.
- الاشتباه في نشاط احتيالي أو غير مصرح به.

8. التوصيل
بالنسبة للطلبات التي تقع ضمن نطاق التوصيل المعتاد لدينا، يتم التوصيل عادةً في اليوم التالي أو خلال يوم عمل واحد بعد تأكيد الطلب.
قد تختلف مدة التوصيل بحسب:
- موقعك.
- حجم المنتج أو طبيعته.
- المنتجات الخاصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب.
- ظروف التوصيل.
- الظروف الخارجة عن نطاق سيطرتنا المعقولة.

10. المدفوعات
قد نوفر وسائل دفع مختلفة من خلال موقعنا.
قد تتم معالجة معلومات الدفع من خلال مزودي خدمات دفع من الأطراف الثالثة. ولا تقوم Nilvara بالضرورة بتخزين بيانات بطاقات الدفع الكاملة بشكل مباشر.
من خلال تقديم معلومات الدفع، فإنك تؤكد أنك مخول باستخدام وسيلة الدفع المحددة.
نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء المعاملات التي نشك بشكل معقول في أنها غير مصرح بها أو احتيالية.
11. الدفع عند الاستلام
عندما يكون خيار الدفع عند الاستلام متاحًا، يجب دفع قيمة الطلب عند تسليمه.
يتوقع من العملاء قبول الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها وتقديم معلومات اتصال وتوصيل دقيقة.
قد يؤدي الرفض المتكرر أو عدم استلام الطلبات المؤكدة إلى فرض قيود على استخدام الدفع عند الاستلام في الطلبات المستقبلية.
12. العروض وأكواد الخصم
قد تقدم Nilvara من وقت لآخر حملات ترويجية أو أكواد خصم أو أسعارًا خاصة أو عروضًا أخرى.
ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك:
- لا يمكن الجمع بين العروض الترويجية المختلفة.
- قد يخضع كل كود خصم لشروط محددة.
- قد تكون للعروض مدة صلاحية أو كمية محدودة.
- لا يمكن استبدال كود الخصم بقيمته نقدًا.

13. الملكية الفكرية

يمكنك استخدام الموقع ومحتواه لأغراض التسوق الشخصية وغير التجارية.
14. تقييمات ومحتوى العملاء
إذا قمت بإرسال تقييم أو صورة أو تعليق أو شهادة أو أي محتوى آخر إلى Nilvara أو من خلال خدماتنا، فإنك تظل مسؤولًا عن المحتوى الذي تقدمه.
من خلال إرسال أي محتوى، فإنك تؤكد أن:
- لديك الحق في تقديمه.
- لا ينتهك حقوق أي شخص آخر.

19. التعويض
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به، توافق على تعويض Nilvara وحمايتها من المطالبات أو الخسائر أو المسؤوليات أو الأضرار أو التكاليف أو المصروفات الناتجة عن:
- مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.
- استخدامك غير القانوني للخدمات.
- انتهاكك لحقوق شخص آخر.
- المعلومات أو المحتوى الذي تقدمه إذا كان ينتهك هذه الشروط أو القانون المعمول به.
20. الخصوصية
يخضع استخدامك لخدماتنا أيضًا إلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، والتي توضح كيفية جمع المعلومات الشخصية واستخدامها ومعالجتها ومشاركتها.
وتُعد سياسة الخصوصية جزءًا من هذه الشروط فيما يتعلق بالمسائل المتعلقة بالخصوصية.

وتخضع أي نزاعات تتعلق بهذه الشروط أو باستخدامك للخدمات لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في مصر، ما لم ينص القانون المعمول به على خلاف ذلك.
